In the Flowchase app, you will find many speaking exercises that require you to record yourself.
If you are having problems when you want to record a sentence or a word, make sure you have given the app permission to use your microphone. If you want to change the permissions on your phone to allow Flowchase to use your microphone, you can follow these steps:
For IOS: go to "Settings ", and then click on "Privacy". Click on the "microphone" feature. Then give Flowchase permission to use your microphone.
For Android: open the "Settings" app and click on "Applications". click on Flowchase and then click on "Permissions". Then click on the "microphone" setting and select "Allow".
If you have already given permission to the Flowchase application to use your microphone, but you still can't record yourself, make sure your microphone is not broken. Indeed, if your microphone is broken, it will be difficult to record and complete the speaking exercises. One solution would be to use headphones with an external microphone to continue the exercises.
It is also possible that you are using Flowchase with your headphones, but that the microphone of your headphones is broken. In this case, use the microphone of your phone.
