The 8-digit code you receive by email and your license key are two different pieces of information. You will need both of them to create your account. Read on to learn more:
The 8-digit code: this is a "One-Time Password" that you receive in your email inbox after inserting your address in the corresponding field in the app. It is sent automatically from our server and should arrive quickly. Sometimes, this email is categorized as "Spam" or "Promotion". Make sure you have looked through all these categories in your inbox ✉️
The purpose of this 8-digit code is to keep you logged into the app without having to remember a complex password.
The license key: this is a code you received from your teacher (if you are a learner) or from the Flowchase team (if you are a teacher). Feel free to check out the article "How does the license key system work?" for more information.
